The Safety and Livability Bond was passed by Salem voters in November 2022 and included funds for pavement rehabilitation of Madrona Avenue SE from Commercial Street SE to Peck Avenue SE.

Funding for the project comes from the 2022 Safety and Livability Bond and utility rates.
