Project Information

The Safety and Livability Bond was passed by Salem voters in November 2022 and included funds for pavement rehabilitation of Portland Road NE from Beach Avenue NE to Northgate Avenue NE/Bill Frey Drive NE.

Funding for the project comes from the 2022 Safety and Livability Bond, the North Gateway Urban Renewal Area, and utility rates.
