Drinking Water Improvements Continue with Waterline Extension on Sunnyside Road SE

April 7, 2021

As part of continuing efforts to provide a safe and resilient City of Salem water system, new water line construction on Sunnyside Road SE between Woodmansee Street SE and Boone Road SE will begin in late April, 2021. Construction and re-paving will occur between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is part of the larger efforts in Woodmansee Park to improve and expand the City of Salem’s existing Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) system.
