Making sure every​​​one has an opportunity to participate in doing business with the City is an important part of providing public notices.

Proposed Wastewater, Water, and Stormwater Rate Increases

Salem City Council will hold a public hearing on October 8, 2018, for proposed rate changes to wastewater, water, and stormwater services for 2019 and 2020. Proposed rate changes will fund repair and replacement of aging infrastructure to meet growing and changing needs of the community and to comply with state and federal regulations.
